Realtors/Title Companies/Mortgage Closings:  Homeowner account status is handled through our property management company using the contact information below. Calls and emails regarding account status will not be returned by the board members as all accounting is handled through Homestead Property Management.

 

Homeowners:  Before contacting a board member, please contact our property management company, Homestead Property Management, who manage the day-to-day operations of the association. If Homestead Property Management is unable to resolve the question or concern they will bring it to the attention of the FGHA Board. If you have a complaint about Homestead Property Management then please submit a question to one of the board officers (president, vice president, secretary or treasurer).
