Calls and emails regarding account status will not be returned by the board members as all accounting is handled through Marcus Management. Please allow three business days (excludes weekends and holidays) for responses.
Homeowners: Before contacting a board member, please contact our property management company, Marcus Management, who manage the day-to-day operations of the association. If Marcus Management is unable to resolve the question or concern they will bring it to the attention of the FGHA Board. If you have a complaint about Marcus Management then please submit a question to one of the board officers (president, vice president, secretary or treasurer).
